   Textual Direction :

Panvel Town : (Alok Clinic, Shah Plaza, 1st floor, Near Adarsh Restaurant)
From Panvel bus stand or Railway station come to Panvel Town (Old Panvel) on Shivaji Road, which is the road right opposite the bus stand. Hotel Rahul, Hotel Visava or Hotel Ketki are some landmarks at the beginning of the Road.
Walk around 500 m on this road to reach Adarsh Restaurant. Turn right at this point on Gadkari Road. Shah Plaza is 4th building on left. Alok Clinic is on the first floor. (Sign board will be clearly visible.)

New Panvel : (Alok Clinic, Plot No. 46, Sector 1-S, Behind CIDCO office, New Panvel East) :
From Sion Panvel Highway, take the overbridge to New Panvel near Orion Mall. Turn left at the signal immediately at the end of the bridge. (Landmark : HDFC Bank on the left). After the building of HDFC Bank, you will see H. P. Gas Agency on left. Turn left immediately after H. P. Gas Agency (between H. P. Gas Agency and CIDCO office). Proceed till the end of the road. You will pass along Prism Eye Institute on the way. Turn right at the end of the Road. You will see Alok Clinic on the right side of this lane after Shridhar Auto Garage.
If you come at Panvel Railway station, come to New Panvel side of the station. After coming out on the main road, turn left. HDFC circle is 700 m on this road. Go straight beyond the circle to find HP Gas Agency on left.

   What To Carry :

   Whenever you are visiting Alok Clinic, please carry following things:

  1. All your old prescriptions by Alok clinic. (If file is provided from our side, please ensure that all prescriptions are neatly and date-wise filed with the recent one on top.)
  2. All prescriptions of other doctors taken in recent past
  3. Details of ongoing treatments for diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid problem, etc.
  4. All investigation reports. (Even if any report is already conveyed on Whatsapp to Alok Clinic, still it should be carrying along.)
  5. All leftover medicines ( Even the medicines given by previous doctors should be brought so that we may use them and avoid wastage, if those medicines are appropriate as on today.)
  6. The procedure request form (The so called ‘RED FORM’ given from Alok clinic, which details about the proposed procedures), if given in past.
  7. If you are referred to us by any doctor, then bring the referral letter.
  8. The registered mobile to show the SMS communication with the clinic.
  9. If you are having a intermittent or transient rash, then mobile photographs when they are active.
  10. The list of various skin problems and various doubts you have. This will ensure that nothing is missed.

   Check following before coming for the consultation:

  1. Confirm the SMS / Email received from the clinic to check whether all the details match to whatever you had asked for, which include:
  2. The name of the patient
  3. The of the doctor to be consulted
  4. Whether in New Panvel or Panvel Clinic
  5. The reporting time
  6. If somebody else has booked on your behalf, then ask him / her to share the message with you.
  7. If you are not sure, then call the clinic on the previous day, between 3 to 9 pm to check whether the details are correct.
  8. Alok Clinic may send a message to your registered mobile or Email, in case there is rescheduling or cancellation of the booking in case of any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances. It may not be possible to call each patient. Confirm whether any such SMS or Email is received.
