Using Website :

By telephone or by personally visiting the clinic:

You may call the clinic on any of the 6 telephone numbers (3 in Panvel and 3 in New Panvel) for booking consultation in either of the clinics. Bookings are available on phone/ personal visit, one working day in advance from 10 am onwards. Bookings for various surgical procedures / peels / laser treatments can be taken up to 3 days in advance on phone.

You may do online booking on this website : click on the "Make a Booking” tab on the website alokclinic.com or press "book now” tab on

• If you have already consulted with us in the past, then click on "Make a Booking For Consultation” link. OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number after providing your first name and Clinic Registration Number.


• If you are a new patient,( never visited the clinic before) , use "I am a New Patient or I cannot find my Registration Number" link. Website will provide you a webform to fill in all your information and then provide temporary registration number and allow you to take online bookings. Once you are in the clinic for the consultation, you will be given your permanent number for future use.


• If you have already consulted with us in the past but do not remember your registration number, then click on "Forgot my registration number” link to retrieve it. But if you are unable to do so due to some technical snag, you may opt for a temporary registration number by clicking on "I am a New Patient or I cannot find my Registration Number”.


• Patients who want to book for a procedure can request a booking for procedure. The request will be manually processed by our admin staff. You will be given procedure booking and you will receive an Email / SMS for the same in 2 working days.


• We do not entertain bookings offered by many listing websites. Online bookings have to be taken from alokclinic.com only. We do not give bookings on WhatsApp. We do not advertise our Email address and do not entertain bookings by direct E-mail.

1. While calling the clinic, one must clearly tell the name of the patient, registration number (for old patients), your telephone number, time slot (morning / evening / afternoon) your require, the name of the doctor you whom you desire to get booking and whether you want booking in Panvel or New Panvel. (Registration number is mentioned on our prescription on top of the patient's name.) Try to keep these details ready before calling the clinic.


2. If you delegate the work of telephonic booking to anybody else, then some important instructions given by the staff may not reach you. So try doing this work yourselves.


3. Telephonic booking is given from 10 am to 9 pm on each working days. If you want a booking with any of the associate doctors or for procedure, then you may call anytime in the day. But if you want booking with Dr. Dipak Kulkarni, then you must try at 10 am on previous working day only, as his bookings get filled very fast.
