She has passed her M.B.B.S. and D.D.V. from MIMER Medical College, Talegaon. Her post-graduate guide was Dr Rohini Gaikwad. Dr Gadge worked in Alok Clinic for 3 years in the past. She has now rejoined the clinic and is available for 3 days in a week. She also practices independently in Navi Mumbai. She is also instrumental in the hair transplantation facility in Alok Clinic.
